PVC制品專(zhuān)用蠟

本系列產(chǎn)品主要應(yīng)用于PVC管材、型材、板材、片材及電線(xiàn)電纜等PVC制品的生產(chǎn)加工中，具有以下特點(diǎn)：

（1）、在PVC制品成型加工過(guò)程中做分散劑、潤(rùn)滑劑和光亮劑。

（2）、在PVC制品加工時(shí)可提供優(yōu)良的抗粘連和控制流動(dòng)的作用。

（3）、對(duì)PVC制品的物理性能無(wú)不良影響，與脂肪酸類(lèi)潤(rùn)滑劑相比，不會(huì)對(duì)熔體張力和維卡軟化點(diǎn)帶來(lái)不利影響。

（4）、良好的相容性，本品具有非常強(qiáng)的極性中心及很長(zhǎng)的非極性碳鏈，結(jié)構(gòu)中在極性上與塑料相容的部分起內(nèi)潤(rùn)滑作用，在極性上與塑料不相容的部分起外潤(rùn)滑和脫模的作用。

（5）、可控制熔融時(shí)間，在特殊加工方法中可用本復(fù)合蠟來(lái)控制熔融，即使加入量很大也能與其他成分有很好的相容性。

（6）、低揮發(fā)性，由于本品軟化點(diǎn)高，不容易揮發(fā)，此項(xiàng)特性對(duì)壓延和真空脫氣的工藝極其重要。

主要型號(hào)：

本產(chǎn)品為塑編包裝，25公斤/袋，避光避濕保存，建議添加份量0.5%-1%。

Wax specialized for PVC

The series products mainly used forPVC pipes, profiles, panel, sheets and wire & cable products.

Characteristics:

1.    Used as dispersant, lubricant and brightener in the PVC product forming process.

2.    Excellent anti adhesion and controlling fluid flow in the PVC product progress.

3.    No adverse effect on the physical properties of PVC products, compared with the fatty acid lubricant, no negative effect on the melt tension and VEKA softening point.

4.    Good compatibility: It has a very strong polar center and a long non-polar carbon chain. It will serve as internal lubricant in the parts which are compatible with the plastic in polarity, and will turn to be external lubricant & release agentin the partswhich are not compatible.

5.    Melting time can be controlled. The compound wax can be used to control the melting in particular processing methods. Even if adding a large amount, it can also have a good compatibility with the other components.

6.    Low volatility. Due to the high softening point, it is not likely to be volatile. This feature is extremelyimportant for calender and vacuum degassing process.

7.    Package and storage:

Packed in plastic bag, 25kg in weight. It should be stored in dry places and away from light. Reference feeding rate is 0.5%-1%.
