PPA 塑料中文為:耐高溫尼龍 PPa熱變形溫度高達(dá)300°C以上,連續(xù)使用溫度可達(dá)170°C能滿(mǎn)足您所需的短期和長(zhǎng)期的熱性 能??梢栽趯拸V的溫度范圍內(nèi)和高濕度環(huán)境中保持其優(yōu)越的機(jī)械特性-強(qiáng)度、硬度、耐疲勞性及抗蠕變性。增韌品級(jí)PPA 結(jié)合優(yōu)越的韌度與一定范圍的硬度和柔性,扣件中要求一次性使用的剛性、以及重復(fù)性使用中撓屈性的良好選擇
PPA樹(shù)脂是既有半結(jié)晶態(tài)的,也有非結(jié)晶態(tài)的,其玻璃化溫度在255°F左右。非結(jié)晶態(tài)的PPA主要用于要求阻隔性能的場(chǎng)合;半結(jié)晶態(tài)的PPA樹(shù)脂主要用于注塑加工,也用于其它熔融加工工藝下文主要介紹后者——半結(jié)晶態(tài)PPA樹(shù)脂,特別注明的除外。半結(jié)晶態(tài)PPAS的熔點(diǎn)約590°F,以不透明矩形切片的形式供應(yīng)。
PPA樹(shù)脂比脂肪類(lèi)聚酰胺如尼龍6,6等更結(jié)實(shí)堅(jiān)硬;對(duì)水分的敏感度更低;熱性能更好;而且蠕變、疲勞和耐化學(xué)品性能也好得多。例如:含 45%玻璃短纖維的PPA樹(shù)脂,抗張強(qiáng)度約276MPa,彎曲模量超過(guò)13786MPa,熱變形溫度(HDT)549°F。即使礦物填料級(jí)的PPA,抗張強(qiáng)度也能達(dá)到117MPa。PPA樹(shù)脂的延展性不如尼龍6,6,然而,已經(jīng)開(kāi)發(fā)出未增強(qiáng)的沖擊改性級(jí)PPA樹(shù)脂,其缺口懸臂梁式?jīng)_擊強(qiáng)度高達(dá)20英尺·磅/英寸。
玻璃增強(qiáng)的PPA樹(shù)脂有很高的HDT值,能耐受很高溫度的短期作用,例如:在一個(gè)供爐中或者在蒸汽相和在紅外逆流團(tuán)結(jié)過(guò)程中。PPA樹(shù)脂的熱氧化穩(wěn)定性使它能耐長(zhǎng)期高溫作用,玻璃增強(qiáng)級(jí)PPA,在20 000小時(shí)內(nèi),其連續(xù)使用溫度可達(dá)330°F。
